Policies

To reserve a room for a future date: The room must be guaranteed with a credit card, check, money order or cash. (credit card preferred).

To cancel a guaranteed room: We require a 48 hour notice.

All rooms are rented by the number of people (registered guests) occupying the room. Only registered guests are permitted overnight. If you have additional guests that are not registered, you will be charged for them.

We accept small pets at our discretion for a fee. The fee is $3.00 to $5.00 per day. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet. We prefer pets to be leashed to prevent them from bothering other motel guests. If your pet is barking and disturbing our other guests, you will be asked to take care of the problem.

We do not allow beer or liquor bottles outside of the rooms. No loud partying will be tolerated.

To rent or reserve a room, you must be 21 years old and have a valid picture ID.

Quiet time is from 10:00pm until 7:00am: During this time please turn down your TV's and radios to respect other motel guests.

Office hours are 6:30am to 11:00pm.
